1. Overview

These terms of service ("terms") govern your use of the SwoopyBoopy desktop application and the website at swoopyboopy.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using SwoopyBoopy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

SwoopyBoopy is a desktop application that uses your camera and an on-device AI model to monitor your sitting posture in real time. The app runs entirely locally on your computer. No camera images or video are transmitted, stored, or processed on external servers, and the AI model is bundled with the application.

3. License

3.1 License grant

Upon purchase you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license key granting you the right to use SwoopyBoopy on one (1) device. The license key is bound to the first device on which it is activated.

3.2 Updates

Your license includes all software updates released within one (1) year of your purchase date. After that period the app keeps working, but will no longer receive updates unless you purchase a new license or update plan.

3.3 Device binding

Each license key is bound to a single device on first activation. To move your license to a different device, email us at hi@swoopyboopy.com. Additional devices require additional licenses.

3.4 Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application. You may not use the application for any unlawful purpose.

4. Pricing and payment

SwoopyBoopy is sold as a one-time purchase. Prices are listed on swoopyboopy.com and may change at any time; price changes do not affect existing license holders. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Gumroad's terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If SwoopyBoopy is not for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our refund policy for how to request one.

6. Privacy and data

Your privacy is fundamental to how SwoopyBoopy works. The app processes camera data entirely on your device using a local AI model; no images are captured, stored, or transmitted. For full details, see our privacy policy.

7. Availability and platforms

SwoopyBoopy is available for macOS and Windows. A working camera is required for posture monitoring. We do not guarantee compatibility with every hardware configuration.

8. No medical advice

SwoopyBoopy is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for any health concern.

9. Limitation of liability

SwoopyBoopy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application, including but not limited to health-related outcomes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the application after a change means you accept the updated terms.
