We want you to actually sit better, not to keep money for an app that did not work for you. If you are not happy with SwoopyBoopy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Your purchase is handled by Gumroad, our payment provider and merchant of record. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Email us at hi@swoopyboopy.com from the address you used to buy, or include your Gumroad order number, and we will process it for you.
  • Reply to your Gumroad receipt email, or use the refund link in it, to request the refund directly through Gumroad.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Gumroad to your original payment method. It typically takes a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. As the merchant of record, Gumroad may also issue a refund within 90 days of purchase at its own discretion, for example to resolve a payment dispute.

What happens to your license

Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and may no longer be used. You are welcome to purchase again at any time if you change your mind.
