Does my video leave my Mac?

No. SwoopyBoopy runs fully on-device. Your camera feed is processed locally and never uploaded anywhere.

Will it distract me while I work?

The app lives in your menu bar and only surfaces a small reminder when your posture drifts. Sit straight and it goes away on its own.

What does the weekly report show?

A simple breakdown of your best and worst hours, total time slouching vs. sitting well, and the posture issues that showed up most often.

Does it work with an external monitor?

Yes. Boopy uses your Mac’s built-in camera, so it works the same whether you are on a laptop screen or a dual-monitor desk setup.
